Director of Fundraising

The Fundraising Director shall:

Create or update a strong fundraising message that appeals to potential donors
Set and track a yearly fundraising goal based on the yearly Chapter budget
Identify and maintain lists of potential sources of income by category
Develop and manage fundraising events to support the required yearly budget, such as:
- Writing funding proposals and send to potential, major donors and businesses
- Applying for grants
- Working with local restaurants for % of sales donations

Maintain records of donors and donations, in cooperation with the Treasurer / President
Ensure that all legal reporting fundraising requirements are satisfied
Evaluate the success of fundraising efforts
Perform such other duties that from time to time may be assigned by the Board of Directors
