January PORTABLE HUGS Making!
Join us to help make Portable Hugs. It's easy enough for kids and no prior skills are needed. We can teach you how to make them if you're new! We give away Portable Hugs at all of our events to remind folks that they are loved wherever they go. It's an easy way to make a difference and it's nice to chat with other people who are working towards creating a caring, just and affirming world for LGTBQ+ people. "LOVE is LOVE" FUNdraising GALA
Love is in the air! Get ready to be part of something extraordinary at PFLAG Fort Collins's first-ever fundraising event. It's a GALA like no other, and we want you to be there! Join us for PFLAG's all-ages version of the classic Newlywed Game with queer contestants. Emceed by Tara Miss Oooh, the purpose of the event is to raise donations for some very worthy causes! Besides the main event, we will have a Photo Booth sponsored by Larimer County, (with tips at the Booth to be donated to The Iris Center) ... as well as other FUNdraising fun! Dinner, and a Mocktail from The Love Shack, is included in the price of your ticket. Rental of Prairie Sage Room at The Fort Collins Senior Center is courtesy of The City of Fort Collins. Tickets are $50, with 12 and under free. As you purchase your ticket(s), please consider scrolling down to give an additional donation, which PFLAG will give directly to The Iris Center. ( Note when you get to the Summary section to "Help keep Zeffy free ...", you can select "Other" and change the amount to $0.
