The Support Director shall:

• Assess needs of members to determine appropriate relevant support groups, size of groups, dynamics, and topics
• Train and coordinate support group facilitators with regard to PFLAG’s mission, confidentiality code, sharing circle, and resource referrals
• In conjunction with the Education / Resource Director, implement a list of community resources to refer for additional support
• Be ready to refer people to resources in the community, in cooperation with the Education / Resource Director
• Develop opportunities for support group participants to be involved in PFLAG activities outside of the support groups
• Perform such other duties that from time to time may be assigned by the Board of Directors
